I think this might be a ghost I caught on this site I check out now and then. It is from Libaryghost.com and the site has 3 diffenant cameras in a popular library. I am looking for opinions and comments.

holy crap Cindy that is the same freaking thing i thought was a ghost and i didnt even recognize it from ur blog and i looked at it now and totally saw it was the same thing i saw... i think it might be a guy thats why i didnt submit it...
